SPH PLANNING CONSULTANT PROVIDED PLANNING & SCHEDULING SUPPORT FOR THE DCMA PROJECT
Project requirements were identified through online workshops / meetings with the support of the Owner and the Contractor. Sample programs were prepared for Greenfield / Brownfield / Rooftop sites with Client Activity Codes as per plan dates. Once agreed on sample programs / WBS, we developed Primavera P6 programs for more than 100 Telecommunication Towers
We have successfully completed plan Primavera P6 program migration within a month meeting Client target expectation. Upon program development, SPH Planning Consultant provided further support for weekly program updates and reports. Finally, we provided training / support for a Service Stream Planner and handed over the program.
