SPH Planning Consultant was engaged for this project to migrate Service Stream NSWTA program into Primavera P6.

Develop D&C programs in Primavera P6 and provide project control support to deliver DCMA Project

Summary

  •  Prepare detail design & build Primavera P6 schedules for nbn DCMA Program for 51 SAM’s
  • Resources planning in Primavera P6, setup baseline, assign activity codes & forecasting
  • Analyse critical path of the project, advise project team for potential delays & de-risk the program
  • Create Excel dashboards link with Primavera P6 programs
